It is a known fact that Barry Melrose is the king of flow. He is the voice of the NHL and Sportcenter's leading Hockey analyst. If you have ever seen the Dos Equis beer commercials you will get the joke. If you have not seen the Dos Equis commercials you should watch more TV because its on like every five seconds. I couldn't help but give my man Barry Melrose a shout out and post this video after I saw it on Sportscenter the other day. His trademark flare and style is irreplaceable. As for the flow he basically wrote the book on it so I don't feel worthy to judge him.

Question of the Day-What is Crazier Lady Gaga's Music or Her Hair?

So I know Lady Gaga is totally blowing up right now and is topping the charts with her new album, but I could not help but pose the question what is crazier her hair or her music? Lady Gaga, like most successful artists, is completely crazy and both her hair and her music prove my point. Personally I am more interested in seeing what the hell she is doing with her hair rather than listening to her new hits. I am just one vote but I swear if some of these hair styles don't catch your eye you might not be human. She basically patented the Hair Bow hairstyle and also has rocked the Hair Button style which I personally think looks like she has a pizza on her head. There is also this Purple mess. I am not saying I endorse these hair styles but they certainly are noteworthy. I can honestly say I am more interested to see what she will do next because its going to be difficult to top whatever this is...at the end of the day hair will always beat music hands down. Lady Gaga clearly gets a 10 out of 10 just out of pure ridiculousness.
Eww

Ya so I have been following the NBA playoffs a bit and I have come to realize something...though the Lakers are good, Pau Gasoul's hair is not. I mean its basically just a rats nest on his head. I know he is one of the better big men in the league and he puts up good numbers, and maybe its just because I hate the Lakers, but am I the only one out there that thinks he needs to get a normal haircut and shave sometime in the near future? Its one thing if your just the average Joe, but a highly paid professional athlete can afford a decent haircut. I don't want to hear the "he is foreign" excuse either because that does not make a difference, bad flow is bad flow regardless of where in the world it comes from. My sincere recommendation is to lose the greasy mullet and find a more respectable alternative. My rating is a 3 out of 10 and I am only going that high because his hair/overall appearance makes me laugh sometimes.
Persian Flow?
So apparently Jake Gyllenhaal grew out the hair for his new role as the Prince of Persia. It is a far cry from his high and tight haircut that everyone is used to. There is some buzz about his new movie but I am a bit skeptical. For starters I don't exactly understand why a fair skinned blue eyed male is playing a Persian prince. Maybe I'm thinking a little too much into it but I never thought I would see Jake Gyllenhaal as Persian, just doesn't seem to fit the bill. I have yet to see the movie but I am interested in the new hair choice. I don't think his hair style is here to stay but while it is I would give it about a 6 out of 10. I have a theory that if you take away his beard his would look like a woman...maybe its just me.Here is the trailer to his new movie. It could be interesting but movies based off of video games usually don't have the best track record.http://www.movies.com/prince-of-persia-the-sands-of-time/m62817

Guess that Flow

Stumped?? Ill give you a hint. He is the star of the HBO hit series that happens to be unveiling its seventh season Sunday June 27Th. If you have not guess by now this legendary flow happens to belong to the heart break kid himself Adrian Grenier. Adrian plays Vincent Chase in the wildly popular HBO series Entourage. The premise of the show is Vince's rise to fame and the wild adventures that he and his "entourage" encounter on the way. I am personally very excited to see what the boys will be up to this season. As for the flow there are rumors spreading that Vincent Chase has a new haircut? Its just a rumor but I certainly hope they didn't mess with the flow too much because it is straight gorgeous. Here's a little sample if you are unfamiliar with the show...

"Grimy Lettuce"
This is a perfect example of what many members of the hockey or lacrosse communities would describe as "Grimy Lettuce," or "flow". Urban dictionary defines flow as "Long, curly or wavey hair. Mostly a hockey term. Hair that would flow out the back of someone's helmet and curl up around the back of the helmet. Someone can have a flow or be flowin." Scott Hartnell current member of the eastern conference finals bound Philadelphia Flyers is a prime example. When Hartnell throws on his helmet his crazy curls flow out the back and curl over his bucket in one of the greatest displays of flow the NHL has to offer. If I was to rate this flow I would give it around a 9.2, it is unruly, untamed, and looks great under a helmet. Hartnell has mastered the flow beard combo.
